These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DozePaw mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. The service
DozePaw is a tool that helps you record your pets' medications, schedule reminders, and track dose history. It is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Not veterinary advice
DozePaw does not provide veterinary, medical, or professional advice and is not a substitute for consultation with a licensed veterinarian. Reminders and stock estimates are aids only. You are responsible for administering medication correctly and for following your veterinarian's instructions. We are not liable for missed doses, incorrect data entry, device or notification failures, or any health outcome.
3. Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your country (at least 13, or the local minimum age).
4. Purchases and the premium upgrade
- The App offers an optional one-time purchase ("Lifetime" upgrade) that unlocks premium features and removes ads. This is a single payment — not a recurring subscription.
- All purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account and are subject to Apple's terms.
- Prices may change for future buyers. Promotional pricing is available only during the stated period.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its standard policy; we cannot directly issue App Store refunds. You may request one via Apple.
- Restoring purchases on a new device is supported via the App's "Restore purchases" option.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, including: reverse-engineering it, attempting to access other users' data, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the data you enter (pets, medications, photos, logs). You grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely to operate the App for you. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter.
7. Availability & changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change between versions.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DozePaw and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the preceding 12 months.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the developer's place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
